If an issue is important to you, then it'll be of equal importance to me. As one of your representatives, I will act as an easily accessible middleman for you to complain through when you find yourself having any issues with the University Accomodation. This should help to free up your time so you can stay focused on your studies or extracurricular activities instead of worrying about the problem. All you need to do whenever you need help with anything is let me know either in person or over a message so I can put my full effort into getting it all sorted for you.
I will always strive to promote inclusion and diversity in the University Accomodation so nobody ever has to feel as though they're repressing themselves.
I love Unions in general as they give us the power to bring about change independently so becoming part of the organisation behind these decisions would be great.
If you're not clicking with the people in your flat yet, clubs and societies are a great way to make new friends. I fully plan on getting involved with a few of them myself in the coming weeks and strongly recommend you do as well. However, if you ever feel lonely and need somebody someone to talk to, don't ever be afraid to reach out to me. I'll always be up for a chat.
