Hi, I'm Rebecca Verner. I am a first year undergraduate Adult Nursing Student.
Why should you vote for me to be a First Year Representative?
- I am reliable and punctual and will attend all meetings
- I am passionate about Nursing and really want to make a difference
- I am confident that I would be able to represent my peers effectively, as I have lots of experience with debating and public speaking. I was the President of my secondary schools debating society and also competed in the Soroptimist Public Speaking Competition. Thus, I have good communication and leadership skills
- I am a dedicated individual, as I have completed volunteer work previously, and I am hoping to get involved with various clubs and societies at QUB
