As Shawn Mendes would say, There’s nothin’ holdin’ you back from voting for Dariya!
If elected, I hope to achieve the following goals;
1) Conduct events for international students who want to meet people from other programs, for example coffee nights, board game nights, swimming events etc.
2) Have mental health days, not only for international students, but for all to join, including bringing emotional support animals onto campus, having paint nights, colouring nights and meditation times throughout the week!
3) Having International week once each semester, so students from different countries can set up tables in a venue on campus and showcase their cultures, foods and countries for other students to learn more about each other and where everyone's from!
I have so many ideas that I hope to achieve if elected and I cannot wait to get started! Please exercise your right and vote in the election! It will be a true honour to serve not only the International Students, but all Queen's Students!
