Hi!
I am Abraham, and I am standing to be your Postgraduate School Representative for the School of Maths and Physics in the upcoming elections.
I believe it is vital for you to elect someone dedicated and committed to representing the student body.
All too often, the focus is on making our courses and teaching better can overshadow the more fun aspects of being a student. Elect me, and I'll make sure that we will enjoy the best of both worlds (Academic & Fun).
I do understand that I might be different from you in various ways. But, I promise you that I will do everything in my ability to be the link between the Students, Teachers and Management - speaking to and obtaining feedback from students to gain knowledge of their experiences to enhance your university experience.
Your voice is my voice, and I will make sure that your education meets your expectations. I will proactively work with School & Course Reps to make sure that postgraduate students have a say in how their School and Course is run. I will do my best to assist each & every one of you with any problems you might have, be it academic or personal. Last but not least, I intend to build and support a sense of postgraduate community feeling at Queen’s.
