QUB Nightline is a late night listening and information service for QUB students run by students. We are part of the national charity, the Nightline Association, which operates in over 40 universities around the UK!
We are happy to talk to students about whatever they want, from loneliness, housing problems to mental health. We are completely confidential, anonymous, non-judgemental and non-directing, so we wont ever tell you what to do. We are here to listen not lecture!
We are available via Instant Message on Tuesday and Friday nights 8pm-2am by clicking on https://qub-im.nightline.ac.uk/webim/
We are made of our wonderful listening volunteers and publicity volunteers. Our listening volunteers are trained extensively in key communication and active listening skills so don't worry, if you want to be a listening volunteer you will have plenty of time to learn and build confidence! If you would like to join our compassionate volunteer body check out our facebook for more information!
Keen on joining Nightline or just finding out more? Sign up to our mailing list here and we'll be in touch!
