About

Hello and Welcome to the QUB Biomedical Sciences and Human Biology Society, or Biomed as we call ourselves when the lecturers can’t hear us! We are an academic society, and though that may sound daunting we are here to help anyone doing the course and at the same time have the best possible craic on our Biomed events. Each year our events range from lab coat pub crawls to our formal, however it goes without saying that this year will be a little different than most. But that won't stop the craic! Come join us on our lab coat scavenger hunt, meet new people on the course, and just have a laugh.

Whether you need advice regarding which lecturer to hand an assignment to or you simply want to meet other people from the degree pathway, we are the society for you. If you have any questions we would love to hear about them at the official Biomed email address (biomedical-society@qub.ac.uk) or the Facebook group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/572018763791685/?ref=share).

Don't be afraid to get involved and hopefully we will see you at our first covid-friendly event of 2021/2022!
