Whether you are vegan, vegetarian or simply just veg-curious, we would like to welcome you to our brand-new society. Our aim is to create a community within Queen’s University for those who wish to meet people with similar interests and connect with like-minded individuals, while also providing an opportunity to learn about veganism in a positive and enjoyable way. We have some exciting events planned for throughout the year and, as we are a new society, we are also open to suggestions from our members! Some examples of events may be: bake sales, social meet-ups in local vegan cafes and volunteering work with local animal charities.

Every year, Student Leaders are elected to represent the 25,000 students at Queen’s and to lead the Union. There are 34 roles available: 6 Full-Time Student Officers; 3 Undergraduate Faculty Representatives; 10 Student Association Chairpersons; and 15 Undergraduate School Representatives.
