The Society aims to promote the skills of debate and public speaking throughout the University and beyond. The Literific hosts weekly debates throughout the year on a variety of topics. However, that is not all that we do, with really interesting guests addressing the society this year- and 'Great Debates' occuring on campus; this is definitely the year to join the society!

Every year, Student Leaders are elected to represent the 25,000 students at Queen’s and to lead the Union. There are 34 roles available: 6 Full-Time Student Officers; 3 Undergraduate Faculty Representatives; 10 Student Association Chairpersons; and 15 Undergraduate School Representatives.
